The client: Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (ABI) is the world's largest brewer, one of the largest theme park operators and manufacturers of aluminum cans in the U.S., and the largest recycler of aluminum cans in the world. The company makes more than 30 different beers. It operates the theme parks of Busch Gardens and SeaWorld, and the water parks of Water Country USA and Adventure Island.
The Solution: As part of the overall ABI plant modernization program, ERI provided assessment, training, and educational management services targeted at increasing employees’ skill levels. In doing so, specific processes and technologies could be implemented quickly and effectively. ERI was the vendor chosen by ABI to develop and implement this program.
ERI also delivered an accredited, custom-developed Quality Assurance program in all of ABI’s North American plants. Based on ABI’s proprietary brewing practices, ERI designed a program to enhance the skills of the ABI professionals responsible for overseeing the unsurpassed quality of the company’s products. In turn, ABI ensured its dominant market position.
