Do you offer training at your location?
Our 15 years of research and experience has taught us that employees learn best in familiar environments, whether it is the workplace or in the comforts of home. Moreover, our training programs save time and money for both employer and employee, since we often come to them for on-site training. Our Internet and Computer-based training programs also allow the student to learn at his or her convenience and pace.

Do you have a standard set of procedures when working with clients?
We pride ourselves on providing customized training solutions. That said, we have found that there are several highly effective steps when approaching a client’s issue. First, we assess the business problem, employing a method we have perfected over the years. Then, we work collaboratively with your management team and training departments to determine the best course of training to meet your needs. Often, we use focus groups to determine specific training requirements. Next, we develop the performance-oriented training program and implement it based on the latest information and innovations in the subject area. Finally, we train employees to meet, even exceed, organizational and industry-wide demands. We also follow up to measure the effectiveness of the training.

That is the beauty of our tailor-made service. We assess, develop and deliver those criteria which will help you resolve your issue and meet your objectives. So, if you have an issue that cannot be resolved with one of the programs listed on this web site, just give us a call. We will be happy to discuss the options best-suited to your situation.

How long do clients typically engage your services?
We enjoy working with our clients and have established long-term relationships with them. Sometimes projects are short-term, addressing a specific issue. Other times, our clients are so impressed with our services that they engage us for additional projects. We do have several clients which we’ve worked with over the course of many years. For instance, AT& T has been an ongoing client for more than 15 years.

Yes. In order to serve you effectively, we continuously monitor business changes and trends as well as the innovations that affect your organization and employees. We have a diverse clientele and learning body throughout the United States. However, we do attract a good number of managers, sales associates, field technicians, customer service representatives, help desk staff, staff recruiters and quality assurance personnel to our programs.
