ERI, headquartered in Northern Virginia, was borne out of the desire to provide premium technical and non-technical customized training solutions and programs to businesses. These programs address each client’s specific needs-be it zeroing in on the problem and developing a solution or training employees in various customer service, human resources, operations and technical issues.

As technology and the marketplace evolved, our customized solutions and training programs did as well.
