Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (ABI)

The Issue
When ABI, the world's largest brewer, theme park operator, aluminum can manufacturer and recycler of aluminum cans, was modernizing its plant, employees needed to get up to speed with the newly implemented technologies and processes.

Our Solution
We provided assessment, training, and educational management services (including an accredited, customized quality assurance program for all of its North American plants) targeted at increasing over 1,000 employees’ skill levels. Specific processes and technologies were implemented quickly and effectively, and product quality was maintained. ABI retained its dominant market position.

AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent Technologies

The Issue
AT&T, a global leader in local, long-distance, Internet, and transaction-based voice and data services, continuously looks to ERI to provide training programs that support the company’s business process improvement projects, reorganizations, employee development initiatives, new technology implementations, and communications processes.

Our Solutions
Our basic and advanced technical and non-technical courses, and custom test preparation programs, help AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies retain and develop talent within the company. Managers and employees alike consistently give ERI high marks for its course content, instructors, and results.

Community Mental Health Services Administration (CMHSA)

The Issue
CMHSA is responsible for leading the national system that delivers mental health services, providing treatment and support services to adults with mental disorders and children with serious emotional problems. They needed to update clinicians’ skills so they could keep pace with changes that affect client coverage.

Our Solution
We provided interviewing skills and diagnostic coding training to CMHSA. As a result, clinicians improved how they conducted intake interviews and also paid closer attention to the collection of non-axis 5 data.
